We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time. All prices are in USD. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud. You will not be charged for cancelled orders.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shenna's Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are subject to our Return Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
